RopuNawa goes Zurich!
Der Fesselkünstler aus Basel hat sich in den letzten Jahren zu einem der bekannten Rigger der europäischen Szene entwickelt und ist mit seinen Performances und Workshops auch darüber hinaus auf den verschiedenen Bondage-Festivals und in den einschlägigen Locations ein gern gesehener Gast.
Ab Anfang Mai kommt er zweiwöchentlich nach Zürich, um in einem Intensiv-Workshop über 5 Abende hiesige Fesselbegeisterte, die die Basics schon gelernt haben und sich ernsthaft auf den Weg machen wollen, auf ein fortgeschrittenes Niveau zu heben.
In den Kursen vermittelt RopuNawa seine persönliche Bondage-Philosophie. Er festigt das vorhandene Fundament der Teilnehmenden durch verstärkten Fokus auf die Details bei den Grundlagen und entwickelt mit ihnen ein weitergehendes Verständnis von Floor- und Partial-Suspension-Work als Voraussetzung für den späteren Einstieg in das Fesseln mit Suspensions. Gefesselt wird am Bambus, nicht am Ring.
Neben Technik und sicherheitsrelevantem Wissen als den notwendigen Grundvoraussetzungen für längere, spannende Fesselsessions und die Vermeidung von Unfällen geht es im Kurs auch um die Bezüge zur japanischen Kultur und verschiedene ästhetische Konzepte. Behandelt werden ausserdem verschiedene Spieldynamiken und der bewusste Umgang mit den emotionalen Aspekten der Seilbondage. Umgesetzt wird all dies in den klassischen und zeitgenössischen Fesselmustern von RopuNawas typischem Fusion-Fesselstil, den er im Rahmen des Kurses vermittelt.
An jedem Termin gibt es 2,5-3 Stunden Unterricht und gut 1 Stunde freies Fesseln, um das Gelernte zu üben und begleitet von Ropunawa in die eigene Praxis zu integrieren.
VORAUSSETZUNGEN

WAS MUSS MITGEBRACHT WERDEN
• mindestens 5 Kinbaku- / Shibari-Seile gewöhnlicher Länge (7-8 m)
• bequeme Kleidung, in der man sich gut bewegen kann, zum Fesseln und gefesselt werden.

STORNOBEDINGUNGEN
Stornierungen sind bis zu acht Wochen vor Kursbeginn kostenfrei, bis 4 Wochen vor Kursbeginn wird eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 20% der Kursgebühr fällig, bis 2 Wochen vor Kursbeginn eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 50 %. Spätere Stornierungen und Rückerstattungen von Teilnehmerbeiträgen sind nicht möglich. Die Teilnehm’erinnen können jedoch Ersatzteilnehm’erinnen finden, welche die gebuchten Plätze in Anspruch nehmen. Bei einer Absage von Seiten der Veranstalt’erin wird die Kursgebühr in voller Höhe Rückerstattet. Weitere Ansprüche sind ausgeschlossen.

RopuNawa goes Zurich!
In recent years, the bondage artist from Basel has developed into one of the well-known riggers on the European scene and, with his performances and workshops, is a welcome guest at numerous bondage festivals and venues.
Starting in early May, he will be coming to Zurich every two weeks to teach an intensive workshop over 5 evenings to local bondage enthusiasts who have already learned the basics and are serious about getting started to an advanced level.
In the courses, RopuNawa imparts his personal bondage philosophy. He consolidates the participants' existing foundation through increased focus on the details of the basics and develops with them a more advanced understanding of floor work and partial suspension work as a prerequisite for later entry into bondage with suspensions. Tying is done on bamboo, not on a ring.
In addition to technique and safety-related knowledge as the necessary basic requirements for longer, exciting bondage sessions and the avoidance of accidents, the course also deals with the references to Japanese culture and various aesthetic concepts. The course also covers different dynamics of play and how to consciously deal with the emotional aspects of rope bondage. All this is implemented in the classical and contemporary bondage patterns of RopuNawa's typical fusion bondage style, which he teaches during the course.
On each date there will be 2.5-3 hours of instruction and a good 1 hour of free tying to practice what you have learned and to integrate it into your own practice, accompanied by Ropunawa.

WHAT TO BRING
• at least 5 Kinbaku / Shibari ropes of regular length (7-8 m)
• comfortable clothes to move around in, for tying and being tied up.
NOTES ON THE EVENT
— The aims of our events are to learn together in a group and support collective processes as well as personal development. Couples and any other kinds of partnerships or constellations are welcome, but you should be aware of and open to the fact that the courses are not designed as partnership experiences and that we address each person as an individual. As an example: to include all participants equally, we usually work with random partner combinations in the exercises. Thus same, as well as differing gender combinations are likely to occur. Participants should be generally open to work with anybody and any body. Exceptions can be discussed in individual cases.
— Gender identity, sexual orientation, age etc. are no criteria in the registration process and the selection of the participants.
— It is required that you act with care, communication, consent and caution, and encouraged that you honour your boundaries and self-responsibilities.
— Hate speech will not be tolerated. Please bring candy speech.
— We reserve the right to ask participants to leave, should their behavior be harmful and we reserve the right to do that without explanations – though we will likely try to explain. Workshop fees would then be fully refunded, further claims are excluded.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are free of charge up to eight weeks before the start of the course, up to four weeks before the start of the course a cancellation fee of 20% of the course fee is due, up to two weeks before the start of the course a cancellation fee of 50% is due. Later cancellations and refunds of participant fees are not possible. However, participants can find substitute participants who will take the booked places. In case of cancellation by the organizer, the course fee will be refunded in full. Further claims are excluded.
